The Mailec Team
Mailec Electrical Pty Limited is led by Mr Peter Diamante, an experienced electrical engineer and contractor with expertise in the installation of large-scale projects. From inception to completion, we are committed to providing an end product that is benefit-driven for our clients. Peter has gained the respect of fellow contractors, suppliers and trade contractors who are all able to work closely together to achieve a common succesful goal.
The day-to-day supervision of all projects is undertaken by the operations supervisor whose job, is to make sure work proceeds within a planned timeframe. The operations supervisor also oversees each project foreman to ensure any problems are quickly rectified.
All key staff members can be contacted at any time enabling us to respond rapidly to breakdowns or site problems.
Teamwork is our focus
For the last twelve months, Mailec Electrical has maintained a constant workforce of twenty-five employees. However, during periods of increased workload, we do not hesitate to employ more workers for the positions needed, and at times our workforce has peaked at thirty-five plus.
The current employees of the Company included electrical foremen, electrical tradespeople, trades assistants and apprentices.
Training
Mailec Electrical recognises the fact that training is an important factor in the development of any industry, and is why we have taken the commitment to ongoing training and investment in skills for our entire team. Currently there are seven apprentices indentured to the Company and range from first year through to third year of their trainng.
